Job summary

David's Bridal is seeking a Merchandise Planner in King of Prussia, PA. You will partner with management and buying to set seasonal sales, margin, and inventory targets, and manage the open-to-buy process to achieve ROI goals.

Responsibilities include in-season adjustments, pricing and promotions guidance, and liaising between buying and demand planning teams. The role requires 3+ years in merchandise/demand planning, a Bachelor's degree (or 1-2 years related experience), and strong analytics

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly open to buy and advise on inventory metrics and promotions.
• Provide pre-season inventory recommendations including assortment gaps and product mix.
• Make in-season recommendations on pricing, promotions, and inventory flow.
• Analyze ROI of styles/SKUs and optimize markdowns and liquidations.
• Act as liaison between buying and demand planning teams and stop production on under-performing SKUs.
