Lovely Bride LLC is seeking a motivated Assistant Store Manager to help lead our team. This role blends sales leadership, team development, and operational support, working alongside the Store Manager to drive performance and maintain the exceptional bridal experience.

The ideal candidate leads by example, thrives in a goal-oriented environment, and balances strong relationships with strong results. Availability to cover Wednesday through Sunday is required.

Qualificações

• Retail sales experience required; bridal, luxury or specialty retail preferred.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.
• Results-driven with a passion for sales and motivating others.
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Confident in coaching others and creating a supportive, accountable team environment.
• Availability to work Wednesday through Sunday.

Responsabilidades

The Role

We're looking for a motivated, sales-drivenAssistant Store Managerto help lead our Lovely Bride team!

This role blendssales leadership, team development, and operational support.Working alongside the Store Manager, you'll help drive sales performance, inspire the team, and ensure the shop runs smoothly while delivering the exceptional bridal experience Lovely Bride is known for.

What You'll Own

Sales Leadership & Performance

• Lead by example through exceptional bridal appointments, confident selling, and consistently achieving personal sales goals.
• Partner with the Store Manager to drive team performance and achieve monthly store goals.
• Coach stylists on sales techniques, objection handling, and creating confident purchasing experiences.
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion, client follow-up, and overall sales success.

Team Leadership & Development

• Support training, onboarding, and ongoing stylist development.
• Motivate the team through encouragement, constructive feedback, and accountability.
• Help lead daily team huddles, establish priorities, and celebrate successes.
• Confidently lead the shop and support the team in the Store Manager's absence.

Store Operations

• Support daily operations, inventory management, store presentation, and opening/closing procedures.
• Assist with bridal orders, gown receiving, quality control, and client pickups.
• Ensure timely client communication, thorough appointment documentation, and consistent follow-up.
• Help delegate daily responsibilities, maintain operational standards, and proactively solve problems.

• Create memorable, personalized bridal experiences from first appointment through gown pickup.
• Handle client concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-focused mindset.
• Bring creativity, enthusiasm, and personality to every interaction while upholding Lovely Bride's service standards.

What We're Looking For

• Retail sales experience required; bridal, luxury, or specialty retail experience preferred.
• Previous leadership, keyholder, or management experience preferred.
• A results-driven mindset with a passion for sales and motivating others.
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence in coaching others and creating a supportive, accountable team environment.
• A proactive, collaborative attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
• Availability to work Wednesday through Sunday.
