David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Specialist to complete fittings and alterations with high standards while delivering exceptional service. You will work as a member of the store team, supporting stylists and customers to ensure the perfect dress and fit for events.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, managing alterations, and maintaining room cleanliness. Prior sewing experience and POS familiarity are valued. Part-time role with a focus on five-star service and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store is preferred.
• Sewing experience is required, bridal experience is a plus.
• Experience with computerized POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm in person, over the phone, or via chat and resolve conflicts with clarity.
• Manage customer flow with all systems to deliver a five-star experience.
• Maintain store standards and assist stylists in closing sales with gown fit and customization.
• Ensure alterations are performed to David's Bridal quality and inspect garments before delivery.
• Assist with inventory and pricing to meet company standards.
