David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Specialist to complete fittings and alterations to high standards. You will exemplify friendly, knowledgeable service and collaborate with the store team to ensure a five-star customer experience.

The role requires sewing experience, a high school diploma, and 1-2 years retail apparel exposure. Part-time benefits include discounts, team bonuses, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience required, preferably bridal.
• Experience with computerized POS system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with enthusiasm and adapt communication to solve problems.
• Use all systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
• Maintain service levels, follow operational checklists and meet customer needs.
• Provide exceptional service to multiple customers and support store goals.
• Assist stylists with gown fitting and customization, maintaining standards.
• Maintain alterations area clean and oversee dress condition before delivery.
