David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Specialist to complete fittings and alterations to high standards within our store team. You will engage customers, promote alteration services, and support stylists to ensure a flawless shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience required.
• Experience with computerized POS system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm in person, over the phone and online.
• Manage customer flow using systems to deliver a five-star experience.
• Maintain service levels and assist with alterations and sales.
• Provide exceptional service to multiple customers and support store goals.
• Assist stylists with gown fit and customization when closing sales.
• Keep alterations room clean and organized and ensure quality checks.
