Job summary

David’s Bridal seeks an Alterations Specialist to complete fittings and alterations for bridal and special-occasion garments. You will provide friendly, knowledgeable service and maintain high dress standards per store policies.

Expect collaboration with stylists to ensure a perfect fit and exceptional customer experience. You will manage alterations, steaming, pressing, and quality checks, while upholding POS transactions and store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience required, preferably bridal/special occasion.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm in person, over the phone, or via virtual chats and resolve conflicts.
• Manage customer flow to deliver five-star service.
• Maintain store standards and assist stylists in closing sales with dress fittings.
