The candidate will follow SOPs, work with the brewing team, and ensure safety and cleanliness across the brewhouse while meeting production schedules in a fast-paced environment. Position requires physical stamina, ability to lift 50 lb bags, and flexibility to work nights and weekends as production demands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Brewing experience preferred but not required.
• Must pass Motor Vehicles Records background check.
• Valid driver's license.
• Able to work nights, days, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Complete brewing process safely and efficiently, including milling, mashing, lautering, wort boiling, cooling, and transferring.
• Repair brewery equipment with assistance from other Brewhouse employees.
• Complete daily cleaning and maintenance checklists.
• Aid with yeast propagation following Company's process.
• Maintain cleanliness of all areas in the brew house.
• Work with Lab Technician to ensure our product meets our standards of the highest quality.
• Maintain standard operating procedures unless otherwise instructed.
• Communicate regularly and efficiently with Granite City staff.
• Maintain inventory and report low levels to supervisor.
• Arrive to each shift on time with a positive attitude.
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and on time.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
