Mark Anthony Group is seeking a Brewing Operator to operate and maintain brewing equipment, ensuring product quality and safety. The role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Cross-training across kitting, batching, lab work, filtration, and inventory is provided. Responsibilities include monitoring process parameters, performing routine QC checks, and maintaining production records while adhering to GMP and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Brewing/fermentation experience is highly preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, Teams, and email.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate and maintain brewing equipment, following SOPs and GMPs.
• Monitor process parameters (ABV, DO, CO2, Real Extract) and perform QC checks.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Follow production schedules to meet daily targets and improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate production records and ensure regulatory compliance.
