Job summary

The role requires a 2-year degree is preferred, with 1 year of manufacturing experience and proficiency in MS Office/Teams. Candidates should be 21+ and may have forklift experience.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree preferred.
• STEM degree highly preferred.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience or a combination of similar experience and computer skills.
• Brewing/fermentation experience – highly preferred.
• Filtration experience (centrifuge, reverse osmosis, etc.) – highly preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, Teams, and email.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Forklift experience (certification not required) – preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor blending process parameters such as ABV, DO, CO₂ concentration, and Real Extract using in-line analytics.
• Conduct routine quality control checks on raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods.
• Take corrective actions to address deviations from quality standards and prevent non-conforming product.
• Follow GMP and QA procedures to maintain product integrity.
• Operate brewing equipment including fermenters, filtration, and control systems; perform CIP.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance when needed.
• Follow production schedules to meet daily targets and optimize processes to reduce waste and downtime.
• Maintain accurate production records, batch records, and data sheets.
• Participate in audits and inspections to demonstrate compliance.
