Qualifications

• Brewing/fermentation experience is highly preferred
• Proficient in computer usage and software such as MS Office, Teams, and email
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Forklift experience is preferred (certification not required)

Responsibilities

• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe workplace for all team members
• Monitor and control blending/processing parameters and quality checks per GMPs
• Operate and troubleshoot brewing equipment; coordinate with maintenance when needed
• Follow production schedules to meet targets and minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate production records and ensure regulatory compliance
