Job summary

ASAHI BEER USA / OCTOPI BREWING is hiring a Brewhouse Brewer (hot side) to own the first step of brewing, manage yeast propagation, and ensure precise, efficient operations. The role includes rotating shifts and advancing through our Brewer Career Matrix.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 55 lbs / move 165 lbs as needed.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
• Basic troubleshooting skills in a brewing/manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Learn, understand, and operate all brewhouse piping and equipment.
• Execute efficient brewing operations from raw material intake to finished wort.
• Own yeast propagation from start to finish.
• Perform routine quality checks, basic maintenance, and CIP on brewhouse equipment and piping.
• Keep accurate brewing logs and sanitation records every shift.
