Job summary

Anheuser-Busch is seeking a Utilities Operator to maintain and troubleshoot brewery utility systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will operate steam, CO2 collection, ammonia refrigeration, glycol systems, and water handling to ensure top quality and uptime.

This role involves working in a 24/7 facility with nights, weekends, and holidays, and opportunities to expand technical knowledge through continuous improvement projects and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with automated process control systems.
• Experience with steam boiler or refrigeration is required.
• Experience with water tube boilers, industrial ammonia refrigeration, and related systems.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and troubleshoot root causes.
• Prior PSM experience preferred.
• Prior HVACR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate brewery utility systems: steam, CO2, ammonia refrigeration, glycol, dehumidification, compressed air, and water.
• Participate in the brewery's HAZWOPER emergency response team and wear PPE as required.
• Perform chemical treatment for boiler, cooling tower, and pasteurizer water.
• Maintain process management, lubrication, housekeeping, and sanitation; document events.
• Interpret piping and instrumentation drawings (P&IDs) and respond to requests.
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to improve equipment uptime.
• Lead or participate in PDCA and Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement activities.
• Work 24/7/365 including nights, weekends, and holidays.
