Job summary

Anheuser-Busch is seeking a Utilities Operator to maintain and troubleshoot high-speed brewery systems in a 24/7 facility. You will operate steam, CO2 collection, ammonia and glycol refrigeration, and other utility equipment while driving reliability and performance.

You will participate in a certified emergency response team, perform PM/PdM tasks, read P&IDs, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with automated process control systems.
• Required experience in steam boiler or refrigeration.
• Experience with steam boilers, refrigeration, compressed air, and related systems.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and identify root causes (e.g., Six Sigma).
• PSM or HVACR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate brewery utilities systems including steam, CO2 collection, ammonia and glycol refrigeration, dehumidification, compressed air, and water.
• Participate in HAZWOPER emergency response and wear PPE as required.
• Perform chemical treatment for boiler, cooling tower, and pasteurizer water.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance to boost equipment reliability.
• Analyze process data to improve efficiency and lead continuous improvement activities.
• Document events and respond to shift requests for utility systems.
