Job summary

Anheuser-Busch is hiring Utilities Operators to maintain and troubleshoot brewery utilities in a high-speed manufacturing environment. You will operate steam, CO2 collection, ammonia and glycol refrigeration, dehumidification, compressed air, and water systems to ensure top quality and uptime.

We seek candidates with steam boiler or refrigeration experience, able to wear PPE, and capable of performing preventive/predictive maintenance and root-cause analysis.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with automated process control systems.
• Experience in steam boiler OR refrigeration.
• Water tube medium pressure boilers; ammonia refrigeration; compressed air; cooling towers.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings; root-cause analysis (Six Sigma).
• PM/PdM and general maintenance experience.
• Prior PSM experience preferred.
• HVACR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate Brewery Utilities systems (steam, CO2 collection, ammonia and glycol refrigeration, dehumidification, compressed air, water).
• Be an active and certified participant in the brewery’s HAZWOPER team.
• Wear respirator and PPE up to OSHA level A as required.
• Perform chemical treatment for boiler, cooling tower, and pasteurizer water.
• Perform maintenance, lubrication, housekeeping, and sanitation.
• Document and respond to events during shift.
• Assist with utility system requests from other departments.
• Interpret P&IDs and drawings.
