Job summary

Anheuser-Busch is seeking a Utilities Operator to maintain and troubleshoot high-speed brewery utilities systems in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and process improvement, with opportunities to apply Six Sigma tools and continuous improvement practices.

Responsibilities include operating steam, CO2 systems, ammonia/refrigeration, water treatment, and preventive/predictive maintenance while collaborating with the team to ensure top quality and uptime across our

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with automated process control systems.
• Experience in steam boiler or refrigeration.
• Knowledge of water tube boilers, ammonia refrigeration, compressed air, cooling towers, CO2 systems.
• Ability read/interpret mechanical drawings and troubleshoot root causes.
• PSM experience preferred; HVACR experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills including Excel; familiarity with CMMS

Responsibilities

• Operate brewery utilities systems: steam, CO2 collection, ammonia and glycol refrigeration, dehumidification, compressed air, water.
• Be active in the brewery's HazWoper emergency response team; wear PPE as required.
• Perform chemical treatments for boiler, cooling, and pasteurizer water.
• Handle maintenance tasks, lubrication, sanitation, and housekeeping.
• Document events during shift and respond to requests for assistance.
• Interpret P&ID drawings and relate to operations.
• Execute PM, PdM, and corrective maintenance to improve equipment uptime.
• Analyze process data to improve efficiency.
• Lead/c participate in PDCA, Lean Six Sigma continuous improvements.
• Work 24/7/365; shift work including nights, weekends, holidays.
