Job summary

Our Supply group brews, packages and ships Budweiser beer, overseeing aluminum can manufacturing, barley fields, hop farms and a rice mill. We emphasize safety, high quality, and social responsibility with fast-paced lines and strict schedules.

We seek candidates with a science background, lab skills, and flexibility to work weekends/holidays. Training on site will be provided; benefits include comprehensive health plans and 401(k). Free beer is offered as a perk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science-intensive discipline (e.g. Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology).
• Ability to operate laboratory instruments and perform basic instrument maintenance.
• Knowledge of basic laboratory safety, sanitation, procedures and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Run routine analytical analyses on beer samples including pH, Billings, alcohol, sodium, and iron.
• Run routine analyses of packaged beer for oxygen, carbon dioxide, fill level, etc.
• Routine testing of pasteurizers for proper pasteurization.
• Inspect and analyze package integrity and specifications.
• Coordinate quality analyses ensuring accurate results and timely completion.
