Job summary

Anheuser-Busch is seeking a BPM, Quality Assurance leader at the Los Angeles Brewery to drive quality initiatives, food safety, and continuous improvement. You will partner with operations and site leadership to strengthen quality systems, monitor metrics, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, brewing/packaging knowledge, and a data-driven approach to problem solving, with experience in food and beverage. Willingness to work rotating shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in a related field; MBA a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of brewing and packaging processes; GMPs, HACCP, pest and allergen control.
• At least five years in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Ability to extract and use data for process improvement; cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, overtime and weekends.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Change management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Quality initiatives in the Brewery to ensure safe, compliant operations.
• Track key metrics: Food Safety, Microbiology, Customer Complaints.
• Lead improvements in quality policies and procedures.
• Oversee CCPs to maintain consistent quality.
• Drive sanitation and cleaning program effectiveness.
• Evaluate suppliers and equipment to reduce costs and improve results.
• Use VPO tools to hit metric targets and close gaps.
• Lead Autonomous Team Strategy actions for financial performance.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and production plans meet schedules.
