Responsibilities

• Ensure sanitation and safety standards in the work area at all times.

• Operate and maintain large cooking equipment (pizza oven, dough roller, dough mixer, fryers).
• Prepare food materials, cut vegetables, precook meats, and prepare beer batter dough.
• Manage food order tickets and follow verbal instructions for cooking.
