Job summary

Hendler Family Brewing Company is seeking a Packaging Team Lead to oversee packaging operations, drive production efficiency, and ensure product quality. This role requires hands-on machine operation knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to lead and coordinate team members.

You will train new operators, enforce policies, communicate issues cross-functionally, manage data entry and ERP integrity, and support inventory counts and process changes while maintaining a clean, organized 5S

Qualifications

Requires experience in brewery packaging or equivalent manufacturing.
Past managerial experience preferred.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Oversees training of new operators on machines.
Enforces all company and department policies and SOPs.
Communicates mechanical issues with Packaging Manager, Maintenance team and Packaging Director.
Leads department in the absence of Packaging Manager.
Ensures packaging data entry and ERP accuracy.
