Job summary

Hendler Family Brewing Company is seeking a Packaging Associate to support our growing Packaging Team. You will learn and operate canning, keg racking, and variety pack lines, ensuring quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in brewery packaging or related manufacturing, with strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for long periods. Forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year of brewery packaging or equivalent manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Machine operation or other manufacturing experience.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently with a positive attitude.
• Strong problem-solving and basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn and operate all equipment on the canning, keg racking, and variety pack lines.
• Perform the deep cleaning and general maintenance of all packaging equipment.
• Execute routine daily maintenance to keep machinery running efficiently.
• Monitor product and packaging quality to ensure standards are met.
• Maintain accurate packaging logs and reports to support operational transparency.
• Identify and resolve basic mechanical problems with packaging equipment.
