Job summary

Asahi Beer USA Inc / Octopi Brewing seeks an Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep production lines and facility systems running smoothly. You’ll diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and fabrication tasks on a fast-paced beverage operation.

We offer shift-based pay with base rates and premiums, plus benefits and growth opportunities in a modern brewery environment. Full-time, union-free role in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of maintenance and machine experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, and kneel for extended periods, lift up to 75 lbs, and push up to 175 lbs at times.
• Strong attention to detail and organization, and the ability to function well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment and operate corrective actions when something is off.
• Plan and execute preventative maintenance on all machines.
• Diagnose problems using hoists, cranes, hand and power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
• Fabricate repair parts using machine shop equipment.
• Maintain clear communication with management, production, and brewery teams on current and future projects.
• Participate in after-hours emergency response as needed.
