Job summary

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician at our Los Angeles Brewery, you’ll keep our high-speed equipment running across brewing, packaging, and utilities. This is hands-on, fast-paced work where your mechanical instincts and troubleshooting skills directly impact uptime, quality, and consistency on every shift.

You’ll work with gearboxes, bearings, motors and pumps, read schematics, and follow SOPs while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of industrial mechanical experience or a two-year technical degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work effectively in a team.
• Knowledge of safety policies and procedures required — including LOTO and confined space entry.
• Must be able to continuously stand, bend, and twist; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Precision machining skills and welding experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills; CMMS and Excel experience preferred.
• Must be available for all three rotating shifts, including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Work independently and as part of a team to complete work orders in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment including disassembly/reassembly and gearbox work.
• Perform mechanical tasks such as bearing/chain replacement, motor/gearbox replacements, hydraulics and lubrication.
• Read and interpret schematics and equipment manuals.
• Adhere to SOPs and safety policies; participate in planning with work orders and parts staging.
• Support process improvements and analyze data to drive equipment improvements.
