Job summary

Bell’s and New Belgium is seeking a seasoned engineer to plan and optimize facility infrastructure and equipment. The role covers Brewery Design, Packaging Engineering, Utility Systems, and more, with emphasis on process automation and energy efficiency.

You will design, test, and refine processes, review specifications, and provide technical support while collaborating with internal teams and integrators. Up to 25% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 7+ years of field experience.
• Knowledge of brewing/food & beverage engineering practices and equipment.
• Experience delivering projects with budgets, scope, and timelines.
• Advanced computer skills in engineering apps and PM software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design, development, testing, and communication of new processes or equipment.
• Support PLC/SCADA control system design, including hardware and software.
• Collaborate with teams to review and modify PLC/HMI logic for safe operation.
• Support project schedules, budgets, and forecasting within constraints.
• Develop, organize, analyze, and present project results and procurement details.
