Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in brewing or beverage manufacturing.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. to shoulder height and tolerate varying temperatures.
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Perform all cellar operations including CIP and sanitizing tanks.
• Document all production steps accurately; maintain daily logs and quality checks.
• Participate in taste panel evaluations and ensure product quality standards.
