Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant/bar experience.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Developed leadership and communication abilities.
• Passion for craft beer.
• Ability to stay flexible and encourage the team under stress.
• Ability to accurately handle money, give correct change, process credit card transactions, and possess strong menu knowledge.
• Proven track record of training and developing people.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee FOH operations on a day-to-day basis.
