Job summary

Cold Spring Brewing Company is hiring a Compliance Technician for the night shift in Cold Spring, MN. The role focuses on verifying batching kits, supporting inventory accuracy, and coordinating vendor quality/compliance efforts to meet internal and external standards.

The position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and experience with Microsoft Office and basic inventory systems. 12-hour shifts run 6pm–6am with a 2-2-3 rotation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and use of customer portals.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Good reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Good at multitasking and utilizing time efficiently.
• Regular use of computer, writing, and filing records.

Responsibilities

• Verify batching kits for correctness prior to shipping to main plant.
• Assist with inventory accuracy for CSBC and customers.
• Coordinate, monitor, and test Vendors to meet Quality/Compliance expectations.
• Help design and enhance quality management systems for regulatory compliance.
• Liaise on compliance issues with the Compliance Analyst Lead.
• Verify ingredient quantities during kit stage in DC batching area; lift up to 55 lbs.
