Tyson Foods is seeking a live production supervisor to organize and oversee breeder hen and pullet production for a steady hatchery egg supply. You will project egg needs, guide pullet placements, and manage costs while supervising technical advisors in bird and grower management.

You will work with growers and coordinate movement of breeder stock and related operations. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 3+ years of experience, with travel 1–5 times annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of experience in related role.
• Elementary computer skills for data entry and templates.
• Travel 1–5 trips per year.
• Supervisory responsibilities in a single department.

Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise breeder hen and pullet production for egg supply.
• Perform egg projections to guide pullet placements and costs.
• Supervise advisors in bird and grower management.
• Coordinate breeder pullet and male placements and movements.
