Job summary

UMass Memorial Health is seeking a Breast Ultrasound Technologist to perform high-quality diagnostic breast ultrasound imaging, assist radiologists, and ensure patient safety and protocol adherence within the breast imaging department.

Qualifications

• Specialized post-secondary training equal to two years of college.
• Registration required by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS).
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of breast ultrasound exams ensuring high diagnostic quality.
• Under supervision, perform high-quality diagnostic sonographic imaging in a breast imaging setting.
• Maintain patient records and ensure adherence to departmental protocols.
