Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program with TN licensure and BLS.
• Minimum 3 years in a physician practice, oncology, or surgical setting preferred.
• Experience with surgical scheduling and EMR systems is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate surgical scheduling for breast surgery patients and confirm details with patients and facilities.
• Enter provider-directed orders and manage documentation in the EMR.
• Perform telephone triage, patient education, and post‑operative follow‑up communication.
• Maintain scheduling records, assist with forms, and support workflow improvements.
• Communicate with physicians, staff, hospitals, and external partners to ensure seamless care.
