Job summary

The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center is seeking a Diagnostic Imaging Supervisor (Breast Imaging) to oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality imaging services, and lead a team in a busy breast imaging section.

The ideal candidate has mammography expertise, 2+ years as a registered technologist with supervisory experience, and credentials in CMRT and ARRT Mammography, with strong focus on patient safety, compliance, and workflow optimization.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Radiology Technology, Ultrasound Technology, or Nuclear Medicine Technology program.
• Associate's Degree in Applied Science.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations and patient care in Breast Imaging.
• Ensure safety, HIPAA compliance, and proper documentation.
• Coordinate image transfer to PACS and maintain room readiness.
• Mentor staff and lead huddles to meet quality and throughput goals.
