Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health seeks a Manager of Breast Imaging to lead and optimize breast imaging services. You will supervise staff, ensure policy compliance, and mentor the team in alignment with the system's vision and goals.

Responsibilities include designing workflows, handling staffing and budgets, and acting as liaison with physicians and radiology departments to drive quality and patient safety.

Qualifications

• ARRT-M Mammography and ARRT-R Radiography certifications required.
• Registered Nurse license and certification may be required depending on role.
• 5 years of management experience in imaging or radiology settings.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs, implements, and maintains imaging workflows focusing on exam quality and patient safety.
• Manages staff performance, hires, or terminates, and conducts evaluations.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards (JCAHO, TDH).
• Partners with leadership to manage department budget and equipment needs.
• Leads staff development, safety initiatives, and patient satisfaction efforts.
