Qualifications

• 3-5 years of leadership or supervisory experience required.

• Breast imaging experience is required.
• Experience collaborating with radiologists and leading multidisciplinary teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Breast Imaging department.
• Lead staff scheduling, timekeeping, payroll approvals, and attendance.
• Support development and maintenance of departmental budgets.
• Drive quality initiatives and collaborate with radiologists and system leadership.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of approximately 48 direct reports.
