Job summary

Baptist Health’s Hill Breast Center in Jacksonville seeks a Medical Imaging Manager to oversee breast imaging operations and mammography services system-wide. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with on-call based on department needs.

You will lead a high-performing team of ~48 staff, including Mammography Technologists and Breast Ultrasound Technologists, coordinating with radiologists and leadership to drive operational excellence across 10 locations and the Buddy Bus

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervisory experience in a hospital or outpatient imaging setting.
• Budgeting and operational management experience.
• Strong customer service and employee engagement skills.
• Breast imaging experience is required.
• Experience collaborating with radiologists and leading multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the breast imaging team across locations.
• Oversee staff scheduling, timekeeping, payroll approvals, and attendance.
• Develop and maintain departmental budgets.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage ~48 direct reports.
• Address imaging workflow and image processing concerns.
• Support QA/QC initiatives for breast imaging equipment.
