Job summary

• Manages staffing, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Partners with physicians and departments to align goals with organizational vision and standards.
• Oversees compliance with JCAHO, TDH, and other accrediting bodies.

Associate's degree or 2 years of work experience above minimum qualification
