Breast Imaging - Instructor

The Department of Radiology at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for several Instructor positions in the Academic Support Staff. This appointment will be initially for one (1) year, with continuation and renewal based on performance and funding availability (limited to three (3) years). The role requires expertise in Breast Imaging and a medical degree (M.D., M.D./Ph.D., or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Utilize the most advanced breast imaging technology available to provide individually tailored, comprehensive evaluations for early and precise detection and diagnosis of breast diseases.
• Conduct high‑quality interventional breast procedures, including stereotactic, ultrasound‑guided, and MRI‑guided biopsies.
• Develop research credentials with support for academic and/or clinical career development; specialized research focus may be developed in consultation with the Division Chief.
