Job summary

TOPS Surgical Specialty Hospital is seeking a Breast Center Support Specialist to manage daily systems operations for the Breast center and hospital, including server-based imaging workflows. You will troubleshoot software/hardware, provide first-level IT support and help ensure secure, compliant patient data handling.

Based at the Red Oak Breast Center location, you will collaborate with USPI IT staff, manage user access to PACS/PenRad, and assist with vendor coordination, training, and problem

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong typing and keyboard skills are essential.
• Ability to communicate professionally in English and handle changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Daily systems operation and maintenance for Breast center and hospital.
• Provide first level IT support for software, hardware, networks and clinical systems.
• Support PACS and PenRad users; manage user access and documentation.
• Coordinate with IT Manager and vendors for backups, security, and installations.
• Train new and ongoing users and ensure HIPAA compliance.
