Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor's of Nursing degree (BSN) preferred.
• Baccalaureate in nursing or plan to obtain within 4 years of hire.
• Unrestricted Oklahoma Registered Nurse License
• Pass general background check
• Must pass internal Medication Test
• Multi-State RN Licensure within 90 days
• Current BLS certification or obtain within one month

Responsibilities

• Participates in performance improvement activities to measure and improve quality of care.
• Plans patient care to meet set standards for quality.
• Provides routine patient care using the nursing process including teaching patients and families.
• Coordinates care and follow-up within oncology and breast care coordination pathways.
• Supports discharge planning and coordination with providers.
• Maintains confidentiality and data integrity of patient information.
• Assists with clinic management and supervision of staff as needed.
• Acts as breast patient navigator guiding transitions and education for patients.
