RadNet is seeking a Breast Care Coordinator to support patients through scheduling, registration, and coordination of biopsy procedures in a fast-paced radiology setting. The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, accurate data entry into eRad, and close collaboration with physicians and staff.

The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Must have compassion for patients and provide professional service.
• Strong communication with patients, families, and physicians.
• Detail-oriented with good clerical and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in eRad and able to learn workflows quickly.

Responsibilities

• Schedule ultrasound guided biopsies and coordinate with physicians.
• Enter pathology results into eRad and manage follow-ups.
• Greet and register patients; prep exam rooms and assist during procedures.
• Provide patient support, answer questions, and escalate to supervisor when needed.
• Generate reports/logs for management and ensure smooth patient flow.
