• Conduct translational cancer research on regulators of growth, survival and drug resistance in breast and other cancers.
• Use genetic, cell biological and in vivo modeling approaches to study metastasis and chemotherapy resistance.
• Collaborate on drug development using screening strategies with chemical biologists; utilize patient-derived xenograft models and organoid cultures.
