Pfizer seeks a Senior Manager, Performance Analytics & Insights to lead breast cancer analytics within Global Commercial Analytics. You will own end-to-end performance reporting, analyze brand demand, market share, and subnational patterns to inform senior leadership.

This hybrid role collaborates with brand teams, forecasting, and data science, leveraging SQL, Tableau/Power BI, and AI tools to translate data into actionable business narratives and drive commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business discipline; Master's preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in biopharma, commercial analytics, or related field.
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and automation.
• Direct experience with commercial secondary data sources (IQVIA, Symphony Health, specialty pharmacy data).
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and dashboard design.
• Ability to communicate analytical findings as business stories for commercial stakeholders.
• Comfort working with AI tools in day-to-day analytics; interest in AI for analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end performance reporting for the breast cancer portfolio across weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadences.
• Leverage secondary data sources to identify trends, surface risks and opportunities, and inform brand strategy decisions.
• Analyze performance by patient segments to understand disease biology and market dynamics.
• Apply subnational analytics to identify geographic variation and surface actionable insights for brand strategy.
• Translate analytical findings into clear business narratives for leadership.
• Support Oncology LT Dashboard and enterprise reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Identify data anomalies and validate outputs to ensure reliability.
