Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative or business discipline; Master’s preferred.
• 6+ years in biopharma, commercial analytics, or related field.
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and automation.
• Experience with commercial secondary data sources (IQVIA, Symphony Health).
• Strong data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI) for dashboards.
• Ability to communicate analytical findings as business stories.
• Comfort with AI tools in day-to-day analytical work.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end performance reporting for breast cancer portfolio, incl. sales, TRx/NPS, market share and targets.
• Leverage secondary data sources to identify trends and link data to strategy.
• Analyze performance by patient segments to understand market dynamics.
• Apply subnational analytics to surface geographic variation and opportunities.
• Translate analytics into actionable narratives for brand teams and leadership.
• Support Oncology LT Dashboard maintenance and enterprise reporting.
• Identify data anomalies and ensure insights are accurate and reliable.
• Partner with forecasting to inform demand trends and market share dynamics.
