Responsabilités

• Greet guests warmly and provide prompt service.
• Answer phones, take accurate orders, and confirm modifications.
• Manage online, call-in, and third-party orders.
• Package food according to standards with accuracy and presentation.
• Verify items, sides, condiments, and utensils are included.
• Communicate with expo and kitchen to maintain order flow.
• Process payments, receipts, and to-go staging areas.
• Assist with curbside pickup and delivering orders when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of to-go, lobby, and packaging areas.
• Provide helpful interactions with guests picking up orders.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
