Job summary

Stonebridge Companies in Seattle, WA is seeking a Breakfast Supervisor to lead the restaurant team, ensure guest satisfaction through proactive service, and oversee buffet setup and dining area maintenance.

You will train new team members, monitor service recovery with the Manager on Duty, ensure food safety standards, and assist with catering for events as needed. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related experience or training.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and train a team.
• Excellent customer service and ability to handle guest feedback.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with high cleanliness standards.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee buffet and kitchen line setup to brand standards.
• Supervise and train new team members for service and cleanliness.
• Maintain dining area cleanliness and organize tables, chairs, and surfaces.
• Polish and set glassware and silverware for service.
• Monitor Guest Service Scores and manage service recovery with the Manager on Duty.
• Assist team with daily side work and cleaning tasks.
• Replenish buffet and kitchen supplies during service.
• Set up tables and assist with transition to dinner service.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper handling.
• Plan and deliver catering for events as needed.
