Huntsville Embassy Suites - Atrium Hospitality in Huntsville, AL, is seeking a dedicated team member for the food & beverage department to supervise service across dining areas and coach staff for consistent guest satisfaction.

You will collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen teams, stepping in to support bartending, bussing, or running duties as needed while balancing scheduling and costs. Minimum 6 months in a server role and a hospitality background preferred.

What We Are Looking For:

• 6+ months of experience in a server or similar role—ensures you understand service fundamentals and team dynamics.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience—critical for coaching associates and resolving service issues quickly.
• Hotel or hospitality background—helps in adapting to fast-paced, guest-focused environments.
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or ability to obtain within 60 days)—ensures guest and team safety.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work a flexible schedule—necessary for physical and operational demands.
