Omaha Embassy Suites, managed by Atrium Hospitality, is seeking a server supervisor to lead our dining team at 555 South 10th St, Omaha, NE. This full-time role offers a compensation range of $17.50 per hour with opportunities for growth.

You will coach servers, coordinate front-of-house with kitchen, assist bartending and food running, manage schedules, and help control costs while delivering guest-focused service.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a server or similar role - demonstrates service fundamentals and team dynamics.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience - for coaching associates and resolving issues quickly.
• Hotel or hospitality background - helps adapt to fast-paced, guest-focused environments.
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or ability to obtain within 60 days) - ensures guest and team safety.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand long hours, and work a flexible schedule - supports physical/operational demands.

Responsibilities
