Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Breakfast Manager for Hardee's to lead the breakfast shift with a focus on quality, service, and profitability. You will supervise operations, coach crew, manage inventory and labor, and ensure safety and cash procedures are followed.

Qualifications

1 year of shift management experience.
Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
Must be 18 years or older.
Valid driver’s license preferred.
Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Able to lead, train, and develop crew.

Responsibilities

Supervise breakfast shift according to company standards.
Maintain breakfast equipment cleanliness and upkeep.
Coach, counsel, and discipline crew as warranted.
Assist with scheduling and labor cost control.
Conduct crew team meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
Maintain inventory to meet Food Cost Variance standards.
