Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Breakfast Manager for Hardee's to supervise the breakfast shift, uphold quality, service and cleanliness, and drive profitability through strong leadership.

You will coach crew, manage inventory and labor costs, schedule staff, train new hires, and ensure compliance with safety and HR policies while delivering a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Must be able to lead, recognize, and train successful talent.
• Preferably valid Driver's License.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Values teamwork and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage the breakfast shift according to company standards.
• Ensure all breakfast equipment and utensils are cleaned and maintained.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
• Assist with crew member duties as needed.
• Conduct crew team meetings as needed.
• Control inventory to meet company Food Cost Variance standard.
• Maintain reports and records per state and federal regulations.
• Ensure adherence to cash procedures and manage cash.
• Assist with scheduling to meet guest flow.
• Train and develop crew under management.
• Assist with interviewing and hiring qualified staff.
• Ensure personal appearance meets company standards.
• Adhere to HR, sanitation, safety policies.
