Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. (Hardee's) is seeking a Breakfast Manager to lead and motivate the breakfast crew, uphold quality, safety and service standards, and drive profitability during the breakfast shift.

You will guide the team, manage inventory, and ensure smooth operations while maintaining a professional, guest-focused environment. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, coaching, scheduling, and collaboration with the management team to meet company standards and guest expectations

Qualifications

• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to lead, train, and develop staff.
• Strong focus on service, food quality, and safety.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage the breakfast shift according to company standards.
• Ensure equipment and areas are cleaned and maintained.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
• Assist with crew duties as needed.
• Conduct crew team meetings on procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
• Maintain inventory and control food cost variance.
• Keep reports/records per company standards and regulations.
• Assist with scheduling to meet guest flow and labor costs.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Assist with interviewing and hiring qualified staff.
