Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Breakfast Manager for Hardee’s. You will supervise the breakfast shift, ensure quality, service, and cleanliness, and manage labor costs while maintaining profitability.

You will coach crew, conduct staff meetings, and ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and HR policies. This role offers growth and a supportive team atmosphere within a family-owned company.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must meet Physical demands required of the role.
• Must be able to lead, recognize, and train successful talent.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably Valid Driver’s License.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the breakfast shift to meet company standards.
• Maintain breakfast equipment and ensure proper cleaning and storage.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline crew; assist with duties as needed.
• Conduct crew team meetings on procedures, promotions, safety, training.
• Manage inventory to meet food cost variance; assist counts for breakfast items.
• Maintain reports and records per standards and regulations.
• Maintain building and equipment with proper PM.
• Handle cash procedures accurately.
• Schedule staff to meet guest flow; manage labor costs.
• Train and develop crew; assist with hiring per standards.
• Ensure HR/sanitation/safety policies.
• Represent the company professionally; perform other tasks.
