Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Breakfast Manager for Hardee’s to supervise the breakfast shift, maintain quality and service, and lead a team to meet profitability goals. You will coach staff, ensure cleanliness and safety, manage inventory, and handle cash procedures.

Qualifications

• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Manage the breakfast shift according to company standards.
• Ensure breakfast equipment is cleaned and properly maintained; store utensils after shift.
• Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and crew.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
• Assist with crew member duties as needed.
• Conduct crew team meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety, training.
• Maintain adequate supply of all products and items necessary to operate the restaurant.
• Control inventory to meet company Food Cost Variance standard and assist with counts.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations.
• Maintain building and equipment using proper operating, cleaning, and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Responsible for all cash and ensure cash procedures are followed.
• Assist with scheduling sufficient staff to operate the restaurant.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standard.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the Sr./General Manager.
• Assist with interviewing and hiring qualified staff.
• Assist with lunch shift if business needs require.
• Ensure personal appearance meets company standard and displays professionalism.
• Adhere to HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies to ensure a safe environment.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
